- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service.
- Manage bookings for servicing, repairs, MOTs and tyre fittings.
- Liaise with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and accurate job updates.
- Keep customers informed on progress and provide clear explanations of work required.
- Handle invoicing and payments accurately.
- Support the branch manager in maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Previous motor trade experience essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organised and confident working in a busy service environment.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
- Additional experience in fast-fit, dealership, or service centre environments is desirable.
- £32–£34k basic salary.
- Profit share bonus scheme (£100–£300 per month after probation).
- 21 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- Structured training provided, with opportunities to gain further qualifications.

- Free onsite parking (limited).
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5:30pm; occasional Saturdays (paid back as time off).
