
Maintenance Engineer

- Perform planned preventative maintenance across plant equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults.
- Support machinery installations, moves, and overhauls.
- Improve reliability and cost-effectiveness of assets.
- Work with single/three-phase circuits and basic PLC systems.
- Adhere to all H&S and environmental standards.
- Engage in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
- Time-served Maintenance Engineer (ideally mechanical bias).
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Basic understanding of PLCs and electrical systems.
- Comfortable with shift work, call-outs, and overtime.
- Familiar with 5S, lean manufacturing, and safety best practices.
- Strong team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- IT literate (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Must pass medical, drug, and alcohol screening.
- Multi-skilled engineering background.
- 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (IEE Regs).
