- Lead the development and delivery of a Quality Assurance Strategy
- Identify and escalate risks to senior managers and boards
- Provide crucial support ahead of a CQC inspection
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team
- Co-ordinate and oversee provider failure processes, working closely with the Head of Services
- Proven experience in quality assurance within adult social care
- Knowledge of contract management and the care provider market
- Experience in quality monitoring on data platforms (desirable)
- Familiarity with co-production approaches (desirable)
