What you’ll do as an Internal Sales Representative:
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries and making outbound sales calls to generate new leads.
  • Issue quotes, process orders, and follow up on leads
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Pipedrive)
  • Coordinate sales appointments and support campaign activity
