- Research: Lead, design, execute, and analyse sensory and consumer studies to generate actionable insights. Present findings to cross-functional teams to support decision-making.
- Innovation- Partner with Culinary and Food Design teams to develop superior products for innovation and renovation initiatives.
- Consumer Focus - Monitor consumer trends and guide research on product claims and food superiority.
- Coaching- Foster a sensory culture by delivering training sessions and building sensory and consumer-centric capabilities across the region.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in food science, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry, with strong expertise in sensory science and consumer research.
- Solid scientific acumen, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for keeping the consumer at the heart of everything we do.
