Client: Global credit and fintech companyAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Product/UX Designer to support e-commerce and subscription products. You’ll play a key role in shaping the end-to-end experience, balancing user needs with commercial outcomes to drive growth.This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in subscription SaaS or e-commerce, and the ability to deliver hands-on UX, UI, and optimisation work in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll DoDesign across web & app e-commerce and subscription journeys (this previous experience is essential)Deliver end-to-end solutions in Figma, using a defined pattern libraryLead discovery and usability testing to validate and optimise experiencesCollaborate with product, e-commerce, optimisation, and design teamsDeliver the full spectrum: research, UX, UI, A/B testing, optimisationHighlight accessibility, usability, and compliance in all design workFacilitate workshops (with occasional ad-hoc sessions in Nottingham)Apply a commercial mindset with experience in analytics & experimentationBring strong case studies in subscription/e-commerce (feature gating a plus)Fintech experience is highly desirableThis is a great opportunity to work with a global fintech leader in a role with genuine impact and strong extension potential.
