What you will do:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective safeguarding plans for children and families in need of support.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to child protection and family strengthening.
  • Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and making informed decisions to safeguard children at risk.
  • Prepare and present reports for court proceedings, showcasing your strong court skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Engage with families and children to build trust, help facilitate change, and improve outcomes through effective communication and intervention strategies.
You must be a car driver with access to a vehicle to meet the role’s travel requirements effectively.
