If so, we’ve got the perfect role for you! We’re looking for a motivated HLTA to work in a vibrant primary school in Gravesend. You’ll be supporting teachers, leading small group sessions, and helping students reach their full potential!Contract: Full time – September startSalary: £90 – £110 per dayResponsibilities
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Lead small group interventions to support student learning.
  • Provide targeted support for students with additional learning needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Help with lesson planning and classroom activities.
Qualifications
  • HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of primary education and student development.
  • Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for helping students succeed.
