- Treat health, safety and environment as top priority.

- Work closely with all members of the fleet, ship and shore, to enhance operational performance.
- Support new users with training as required.
- Support wider team with cost benefit analysis as required.
- Provide day to day support to the operations team with performance enquiries with support from the wider Performance/Marine and Technical Services team as required.
- Proactively investigate variances in actual vessel performance compared to expected and work with ship teams to understand the reasons behind the data.
- Guide the operations team in ways to improve performance by sharing results and any best practices identified.
- Highlight any systematic performance issues to Performance team for consideration.
- Responsible for the EU MRV and IMO DCS data validation in Veracity.
- Support the team with validation of fuel figures and ad hoc time charter party reviews as required.
- Ensure the data quality of the Performance and Generator Events.
- Respond to feedback from external and internal customers to ensure consistent delivery of first-class service and proactive resolution of any issues.
- Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Curious mindset and a proactive approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
- An understanding of the key performance clauses contained within charter parties.
- Experience with LNG vessel operations or sailing experience.
