We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Credit Controller for a key role within the Accounting and Finance department, located in St. Helens. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reducing the company's debtor days and ensuring timely collection of payments.
  • Manage and reduce company's debtor days.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on collection activity.
  • Respond to client account queries promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with sales and customer service departments to resolve billing disputes.
  • Perform account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Immediately Available |Credit Controller - 12 month FTCA successful Credit Controller should have:
  • Proven experience in an accounting, finance or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and debt collection regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
