If so, apply now...As the Content Manager, managing creative supplier, you'll be responsible for bringing our exciting and rich portfolio of partnerships to life, to effectively position them with internal and external stakeholders.What you'll be doing:
  • Management of the centralised digital Partnership Management System, ensuring seamless flow of information between the sponsorship team, rights holders and internal stakeholders.
  • Management of the sponsorship assets on the digital Content Management Systems (currently Brandfolder) ensuring seamless flow of sponsorship leveraging assets between the sponsorship team and internal stakeholders.
  • Creation of engaging multi-media roadshow presentations in collaboration with creative agencies that sell the sizzle of our extensive pool of sponsorship properties to internal stakeholders.
  • Creation of engaging Sponsorship Campaign Playbooks in collaboration with creative agencies that educate internal stakeholders about the strategic objectives and the creative expression of our sponsorship leveraging campaigns.
  • Creation of visually appealing post-campaign analysis presentations that impactfully convey the performance and impact of campaigns against set KPIs.
  • Creation of visually appealing sponsorship strategy presentations that impactfully convey the reasons for our partnerships and intended impact of activating them.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Digitally-savvy problem-solver.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, either on agency or client side.
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
  • A passion for and very good understanding of sport.
  • Business level written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentational skills.
  • Excellent campaign/project management and industry knowledge (sport and gaming).
