- Management of the centralised digital Partnership Management System, ensuring seamless flow of information between the sponsorship team, rights holders and internal stakeholders.
- Management of the sponsorship assets on the digital Content Management Systems (currently Brandfolder) ensuring seamless flow of sponsorship leveraging assets between the sponsorship team and internal stakeholders.
- Creation of engaging multi-media roadshow presentations in collaboration with creative agencies that sell the sizzle of our extensive pool of sponsorship properties to internal stakeholders.
- Creation of engaging Sponsorship Campaign Playbooks in collaboration with creative agencies that educate internal stakeholders about the strategic objectives and the creative expression of our sponsorship leveraging campaigns.
- Creation of visually appealing post-campaign analysis presentations that impactfully convey the performance and impact of campaigns against set KPIs.
- Creation of visually appealing sponsorship strategy presentations that impactfully convey the reasons for our partnerships and intended impact of activating them.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Digitally-savvy problem-solver.
- Experience working with creative agencies, either on agency or client side.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
- A passion for and very good understanding of sport.
- Business level written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working under pressure.
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentational skills.
- Excellent campaign/project management and industry knowledge (sport and gaming).
