- Prior experience in working with new build residential (apartment build is beneficial)
- Good IT skills
- Oversee all construction activity from start to finish
- Lead toolbox talks
- Ensure drawing, specifications and building regulations are adhered to
- Liaise with trades teams and subcontractors
- Enforce compliance with health & safety regulations
