- Consistently grow and sustain the Advance one-off installer loyalty program, engaging actively with claiming installers to meet and exceed set targets for sales, loyalty registrations, and training participation.
- Expand market share within assigned postcodes by increasing brand visibility through merchant engagement, installer and merchant events, and activity across social media channels.
- Ensure installers are registered, receive relevant training communications, and attend both online and in-person training sessions at designated training centres.
- Utilise reporting tools to identify Advance installers who are either downtrading or uptrading, and investigate the underlying reasons for performance shifts.
