We're on the lookout for an Office & Workflow Assistant to help our teams stay efficient and well-coordinated. This is a great role for someone who's detail-focused, loves structure, and is looking to grow their experience in office and admin support.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Organise and update project records and team filesSchedule and support meetings across departmentsHandle incoming hire requests (Thursdays & Fridays)Manage sales enquiries in the afternoons (Mon-Thurs)Answer calls, respond to emails, and send out quotationsHelp track project tasks and ensure key deadlines are metOrder office and operational supplies as neededHelp prepare updates and reports for weekly catch-upsBe ready to support with other general admin tasksWho You Are:Naturally organised and detail-drivenConfident communicating with team members and external contactsComfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAble to stay focused across different tasksEnthusiastic, curious, and eager to learnInterested in working in a busy, growing environmentBENEFITS
