UHI Inverness has locations at Inverness Campus and also the Scottish School of Forestry (Balloch), a growing hub for research, innovation and enterprise set within a 215 acre site.We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated member of staff to work with us as a lecturer within the plumbing team based in Inverness.Job Purpose:Provide teaching and learning within our Construction and Engineering curriculum area delivering on our Plumbing Services courses. You will be required to deliver curriculum in an innovative manner with a focus on the sectors best practice. Being an effective team member and able to deliver a high-quality curriculum and educational experience is a key focus of this role as is developing green skills and renewable energy.Key Accountabilities:

Essential Criteria:
  • Qualified to SVQ Level 3 Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
  • Have significant relevant industrial experience.
  • Have current and relevant evidence of CPD.
  • (desirable) industry recognised renewables training certificates or qualifications.
