- Managing the day-to-day operations
- Coordinating with event planners to ensure that all arrangements are made for special events
- Coordinating with purchase team to ensure that all supplies needed are delivered on time
- Making sure that the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including ordering replacements when needed
- Ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly
- Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is well kept at all times
- Supervising security Team
- Flexibility to work during weekends
- Ability to manage team in a fast paced work environment
- * Banquet services
- Have been a House Manager before working for a HNWI or UHNWI
- Ideally also have some sort of hospitality background, be in in a top hotel or experience putting on large banquets
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Be highly professional
