Pay Rate: £46.10 per hourJob Description:Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Duty and Assessment Team within Halton’s Children’s Services Directorate. - Undertake assessments of children in need and those at risk of harm.
- Work collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Manage a caseload of children and families, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Prepare clear and concise reports for a variety of audiences including court.
- 3 years minimum post qualification experience within children’s social care.
- Social Work England registration.
- Proven experience in a Duty and Assessment or similar frontline team.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
