About the RoleAre you process-driven, organised, and passionate about making a real difference? We're looking for someone with fresh ideas and a keen eye for detail to join our Risk & Assurance team at Plymouth Community Homes, on a fixed term basis, up to 6 months.You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of operational effectiveness across Plymouth Community Homes communities, from helping us retain our hard-earned accreditations to driving forward new ones, your work will make a real impact. You'll also take the lead in following up on audit actions, turning recommendations into results and capturing new procedures all whilst supporting a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding service.Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
  • is able to carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the day to day functionality of the Quality Assurance work; such as collation of information for inclusion in management and committee reporting.
  • can supporting the development and capturing of new procedures and documents for operational activities when required.
  • is a true advocate for quality assurance; building your knowledge and awareness of strategies, policies and procedures within departments to offer oversight of potential opportunities to look through the customer lens.
