- Deep analysis of requirements, planning and developing new features for our platform.
- Production of high-quality code with consideration of performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Reviewing the team’s code contributions, enforcing coding standards and ensuring high quality software development practices.
- Managing source code repositories and branching strategies.
- Engagement with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Fixing software defects, code refactoring, and identifying areas for improvement in our code base.
- Writing extensive unit and integration tests.
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and expertise to junior and mid-level Software Engineers.
- Working in a fast-paced agile environment, delivering over sprints.
- Attending and engaging in sprint ceremonies.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and manage expectations of stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
