We supply teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff daily to over 1,000 Primary and Secondary schools.About the role:
  • Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Leeds
  • Work with Primary and/or Secondary schools
  • Ideal candidates have a strong recruitment or sales background; cross-sector training into education available (Catering, Industrial, Construction, etc.)
  • Join one of the most successful education recruitment offices in Leeds with a supportive yet fast-paced environment
What you'll be doing:
  • Generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships
  • Advertising roles and managing candidate pipelines
  • Arranging interviews and placing candidates in both short- and long-term roles
  • Contract negotiations and ongoing customer service for schools and education professionals
What we're looking for:
  • Proven success in recruitment or sales roles
  • Ambition to transition or grow within the education recruitment sector
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, driven approach to hitting targets and delivering outstanding service
