- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard across designated sections
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and service
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards in line with regulations
- Assist with stock control, prep lists, and kitchen organisation
- Contribute to menu ideas and daily specialsCandidate Profile
- Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar
- Strong understanding of fresh produce and seasonal menus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
