- Merger control and foreign investment reviews
- Cartel investigations and abuse of dominance cases
- Market studies and regulatory investigations
- Compliance strategies, audits, and training
- Commercial agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
- Qualified solicitor (SRA registered) with significant experience in competition law
- Ideally 6+ years PQE, though strong candidates with 4+ years will be considered
- A postgraduate qualification in competition law is advantageous but not essential
- Strong analytical skills and a client-focused approach
