Your RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive and effective learning environment:
  • Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support pupil learning.
  • Pupil Champion: Provide individualised support, helping pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs.
  • Engaging Learning: Contribute to making learning exciting and accessible for every pupil.

What We're Looking For

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/Grade C or above).
  • A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
