The PCN Manager will be responsible for the coordination, management, and strategic development of our Primary Care Network, ensuring the effective delivery of healthcare services to our patients. This position will work closely with healthcare professionals, local organisations, and stakeholders to drive the success of the network and ensure high-quality, patient-centred care.The objective of the Digital and Transformation Lead is to provide a central source of leadership and management to aid service transformation for our population.The remit of this role is broad and will require attention to detail in delivering high-quality day-to-day operations.Skills:
