  • Supporting the Sales Manager in all areas of branch operations
  • Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
  • Growing and maintaining the property sales register
  • Assisting in the development and motivation of the sales team
  • Driving branch profitability and performance
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all stages
  • Building and nurturing relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Proven experience in residential property sales (essential)
  • Previous experience in a similar management or senior negotiator role
  • Strong listing and valuation capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High standard of customer service delivery
  • Professional telephone manner and presentation
  • NFOPP/NAEA qualification (advantageous but not essential)
  • Local knowledge of Clapham and surrounding areas (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential); own car preferred
  • Ambitious, target-driven and proactive approach
