Our people make us who we are, we also happen to be a very talented bunch!You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to focus on the Candidate Experience, and to drive incremental business and user impact on our websites.What your day will look like:
  • Gain a deep understanding of user and business requirements to identify, and fill gaps as well as to generate new ideas that improves customer experience and drives growth.
  • Facilitating user interviews and other market research.
  • Overseeing quality assurance checks on new features.
  • Analyse data and conduct comprehensive research, competitor analysis, and industry trends evaluation to identify opportunities for improvement and to help product management make better-informed decisions.
  • Developing roadmaps for the candidate experience that execute on delivering short term value and is designed to strategically scale our product for future growth.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and other member of the Product team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Drive product launches including working with Sales, Marketing, Executives, and other Product team members.
  • Support refinement of the Product Backlog according to changes in functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Prioritise the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions.
  • Be responsible for discovery and delivery stages and ensure that all risks (e.g. regulatory requirements, compliance, security, architecture) are identified and addressed.
  • Focus on understanding the friction points in the user journey and work with stakeholders to confirm and validate with prototypes, user feedback and testing.
  • Take a data driven approach for measuring effectiveness of new features and establish improvement areas.
  • You will need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and thought process.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Technical understanding of and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to difficult problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, trade-offs and to lay out your proposals in a well-structured, data-informed narrative.
  • Experience of having worked in end-to-end discovery and solution delivery with stringent recovery, availability, operability & resiliency requirements.
  • Decision making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills (e.g. structuring sophisticated problems into manageable pieces)
  • Proactive in identifying the need for change and proposing solutions that are innovative and make the difference in improving our IT software delivery or engineering processes.
  • You can understand and challenge Business and Technical Requirements
  • You understand solution design and can explain to non-technical customers.
