Job descriptionDiagnose and repair faults in a variety of white goods, including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and cookers.Perform routine maintenance and servicing to extend the lifespan of appliances.Replace faulty parts and ensure proper installation of new components.Conduct electrical and mechanical testing to verify proper functioning.Advise customers on appliance care, maintenance, and potential upgrades.Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.Follow safety procedures and industry regulations when handling electrical and gas appliances.Keep up to date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.Work independently or as part of a team to meet service deadlines and customer expectations.Additional InformationWorking Arrangements & Further InformationThe MoJ offers Hybrid Working arrangements where business need allows. This is an informal, non-contractual form of flexible working that blends working from your base location, different MoJ sites and / or from home (please be aware that this role can only be worked in the UK and not overseas).
