The vacancyWe're looking for a Digital Marketing Communications Executive to assist in the coordination and delivery of digital marketing communications, with a focus on managing social media activity, creating and updating website content, implementing SEO best practices and supporting broader marketing initiatives. You'll be expected to work efficiently to deadlines, adapt quickly, and maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.Reporting to the Senior Marketing Communications Executive with input from the Director of Marketing & BD and Marketing Manager, the role will help to develop, maintain, and deliver an annual plan for the digital strategy with specific KPI's and measures of success.Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Social Media Management - develop, implement, and deliver leading social media campaigns to raise brand awareness, engage with target audience and convert traffic on all social channels
  • Digital Content Creation - work closely with the team to support digital messaging across the firm. You will assist in drafting and proofreading online communications ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with the firm's tone of voice and write good quality first drafts for both short and long form copy
  • Website & Technical - provide hands-on support for the firm's website and digital tools, ensuring content is up to date
Skills required:
  • Track record of working in B2B and B2C social media and managing a network of channels using a variety of social media tools
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and experience with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, to generate accurate reporting
  • Knowledge of web CMS systems or the ability to learn a new system
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent grammatical and accuracy skills and the ability to critique other people's drafts
  • Ability to be creative and produce innovative content for our social channels and website and be able to act quickly and react to trending topics and stories
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
