Expand and deepen relationships with our current customer base.
Understand and communicate intricate engineering projects, ensuring alignment between client needs and our technical capabilities.
Actively engage in customer visits to foster strong, lasting partnerships.Required Qualifications & Skills:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into accessible business insights.Desired Experience:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or technical sales.
A background in the defence industry would be highly advantageous.Working Pattern:
Based at our Havant, Hampshire office with an expectation to be on-site the majority of the time.
Customer visits are actively encouraged and supported.Benefits:
