As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects to success. - Lead and manage energy-related projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Motivate and guide project teams, promoting collaboration and open communication.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project performance and implementing best practises.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the energy industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're a people person!
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive problem-solver who can navigate challenges with ease.
