- Experience of leading and developing high-performing Finance Teams, ensuring effective collaboration with key stakeholders, including Joint Venture (JV) partners and senior leadership.
- Delivering high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external requirements.
- Driving strong business partnering with Commercial Teams to support strategic decision-making and performance delivery.
- Maintaining and enhancing robust internal controls, governance, and risk management processes.
- Providing insightful analysis and financial guidance to senior management.
- Professionally qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant upstream industry experience.
- Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to manage, mentor, and influence Finance Teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Highly skilled in financial reporting, controls, and commercial finance.
