Dental Practice Manager / Macclesfield, Cheshire

• Full time opportunity - 5 days per week.
• Monday - Friday with working hours to be discussed.
• From £32k per annum depending on experience.

• The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and with a strong dental background. You will be comfortable working in a team; successfully leading and mentoring to meet and exceed targets.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, patient feedback, staff development, compliance of the practice, managing KPI's & practice budgets and be commercially aware.
• Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
• Family-owned practice, aiming to provide the highest quality of dental care to patients that access their services.
• Practice offers general dentistry alongside Invisalign, Implants & Facial Aesthetics.
• 3 surgery (soon to be 7), computerised Dentally practice with iPads in every surgery.
