
Warehouse Administrator

- Full-time temporary position - with permanent opportunity for the right candidate
- A Working week of Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30 pm
- Paid weekly at £12.50 per hour - possible overtime available
- Manage all paperwork relating to goods in, goods out, stock movements and returns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries
- Utilise and update the company's Warehouse Management System to track stock, process orders, and manage logistics
- Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages and ensuring timely follow-up
- Order and manage office supplies for the warehouse
- Ensure all administrative procedures and policies are followed to maintain compliance and accuracy
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the warehouse.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role is preferred. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment would be a bonus
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is essential
- Comfortable with creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and managing email correspondence efficiently
- A good all-round understanding of computer systems, software, and general IT literacy is a must
- Previous experience with Salesforce is a benefit - but full training will be provided on Salesforce
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
