- Crafting high-quality barista beverages to spec – a great opportunity to showcase or develop your latte art skills
- Delivering excellent customer service with every interaction
- Supporting general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, waste disposal, and maintaining a spotless service area
- Serving freshly prepared food and cakes while following all health and safety procedures
- Restocking and rotating inventory daily, ensuring all items are correctly dated and displayed
- Previous barista experience is essential
- A passion for hospitality and delivering great service
- General food safety knowledge
- Strong communication skills and advanced English proficiency
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years
- Latte art skills are a bonus, but not required
