- Managing a sizeable portfolio of residential blocks
- Administration and management of Section 20 Notices
- Arranging and overseeing repairs and maintenance
- Preparing and managing budgets
- Managing communal areas and general office administration
- Liaising with clients, leaseholders, and contractors
- Attending AGMs and meetings with customers
- Prioritising workload and maintaining organisational efficiency
- Proven experience in Block Property Management
- Experience with Section 20 Notices
- ARLA, IRPM, or RICS qualification (preferable)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Calm, professional, and considered approach to problem-solving
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Confident team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Willingness to stay up to date with training and relevant legislation
