Branch Manager - Estate Agency

  • £55,000 - 75,000 OTE
We are looking for a proactive, driven and successful manager to further develop our Summertown branch. This is an ideal opportunity for an excellent Sales Manager to further their career with an award-winning Estate Agency!As a Sales Manager, you will need to:
  • Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
  • Maximise revenues and profitability
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have previous estate agency and customer service experience
  • Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement
  • Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be highly organised
  • Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Display high standards of service and presentation
  • Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
  • Be a car owner with a full driving licence.
