Working alongside the Head Chef who leads from the front, you’ll be part of a well-established, close-knit team known for its low turnover, professionalism, and positive work culture.The menu features a variety of fresh, seasonal dishes, all made in-house. You’ll have creative freedom and the opportunity to contribute your own specials while helping drive high standard. The site is being heaily invested in with the hopes to acheiev a Green Star in 2026This is calm restaurant with around 60 covers per service. The menu features a variety of dishes all freshly made in house using locally sourced produce, Foraged items & Game. You will work closely with the Head Chef who is hands on and found leading from the front on the pass. The Kitchen team are friendly and passionate, there is very low staff turnover here and once you join the team you'll understand why. It's a friendly bunch of proffessionals (no egos) wanting to make great fresh food creating their own seasonal specials, They have a great service and go home with the ability to switch off on their days off knowing things are running smoothly.Stunning accomodation can be provided on site at a low cost if needed although previous candidates have moved their family over !Perks & Benefits🍽️ Free meals on duty
