- Support the definition of vehicle dynamics attribute targets, ensuring the delivery of exceptional ride, handling, and steering performance.
- Facilitate testing, tuning, and parts integration plans to meet the company’s high standards.
- Cascade and transact vehicle dynamics requirements across system and component teams.
- Demonstrate vehicle performance status against targets to stakeholders and customers.
- Manage and deliver technical projects while supporting senior engineers in achieving key objectives.
- Gain hands-on experience across multiple vehicle dynamics disciplines, enhancing your expertise.
- A strong understanding of vehicle dynamics fundamentals and a keen interest in cars and driving.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a detail-focused approach.
- Awareness of vehicle dynamics development methods, including subjective and objective evaluation.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aeronautical, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Some experience tuning road vehicles, subjective evaluation and demonstrable proving ground experience is desirable (or experience of track driving).
