- Maintain and process sales and purchase ledger transactions with precision and timeliness.
- Perform regular bank postings and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across all accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of trial balances to support financial reporting.
- Support the production of monthly management accounts, working closely with senior finance staff.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve financial queries.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and controls.
- Proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of ledger management, reconciliations, and trial balance preparation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
