Start Date: September 2025About the Role:Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning and development? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school within the Tameside area.You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality classroom support, assist with planning and preparation, and help ensure every pupil has the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.Key Responsibilities:Support teaching staff in the delivery of high-quality learning activitiesAssist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support PlansWork one-to-one and with small groups to support learning outcomesProvide feedback to pupils and support their emotional well-beingPrepare learning resources and help maintain a stimulating classroom environmentSupervise pupils during break/lunch times as requiredRequirements:Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)Experience working with children in an educational settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parentsA patient, caring, and flexible approach to supporting learnersA commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenDesirable:
