Job IntroductionWe are looking for an Office Team Leader to join our team based at a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day. You will be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's beautiful offices.Type of contract: Full-time, PermanentHours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM; on a shift rota basis)What will you get?

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading a team of 5 Rapport ambassadors
  • Being the first point of contact for all employees, contractors, clients and other visitors
  • Managing, developing and running the office, making certain that an outstanding and unique experience for both employees and their clients, is delivered
  • Responsible for two customer service team members and all temporary staff. Carrying out their inductions, training, performance reviews.
  • Liaising with different clients and facilitating their projects, meetings and events by booking meeting rooms, offices and catering etc.
  • Liaising with vendors and other contractors on maintenance and AV calls and issue resolution, as required
  • Assisting clients with any other requests such as Health & Safety, building management etc.
  • Anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines by working fully independently.
