- Responsible for leading a team of 5 Rapport ambassadors
- Being the first point of contact for all employees, contractors, clients and other visitors
- Managing, developing and running the office, making certain that an outstanding and unique experience for both employees and their clients, is delivered
- Responsible for two customer service team members and all temporary staff. Carrying out their inductions, training, performance reviews.
- Liaising with different clients and facilitating their projects, meetings and events by booking meeting rooms, offices and catering etc.
- Liaising with vendors and other contractors on maintenance and AV calls and issue resolution, as required
- Assisting clients with any other requests such as Health & Safety, building management etc.
- Anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines by working fully independently.

- Ideally have previous experience in a similar role.
