This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and who is committed to supporting the learning and development of young children in a stimulating environment.The ideal candidate will be a proactive Nursery Assistant with a genuine love for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and engaging atmosphere. You will work closely with other qualified practitioners to provide the highest standard of care and learning experiences.As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in helping children develop socially, emotionally, and academically through fun and interactive activities that follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging activities as a Nursery Assistant.
- Supporting children's individual needs and helping to create a safe and welcoming environment.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote learning and wellbeing.
- A relevant childcare qualification, such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent (desirable).
- Previous experience working with young children or within an early years setting (desirable).
- A commitment to supporting children's learning and development as a Nursery Assistant.
