- Utilising digital marketing, from email to LinkedIn, to generate high-quality leads and identify potential clients.
- Presenting the benefits and value of the Spacehive platform and services to prospective clients through effective demonstrations and sales pitches.
- Developing tailored proposals and solutions that align with the unique requirements of each client.
- Systematically managing a pipeline of leads in CRM applications to drive the closure of deals.
- Skillfully negotiating the closure of deals from contract drafting to signature.
- Owning revenue targets to drive growth in business development and penetration across a range of audiences and markets.
- Using data-driven insights to nurture and progress deals through the pipeline and to conversion.
- Collaborating with marketing colleagues to refine outreach.
- Working alongside the team to enhance the quality and impact of sales analytics.
- Track record of delivering high quality sales results and closing deals worth £100k+.
- Experience in SaaS sales.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads using digital tools.
- Spotting opportunities, acting fast and being prepared to roll up your sleeves to seize them.
- Finding creative, engaging ways to reach out and attract new/cold prospects.
- Comfortable building a long term growth pipeline for existing and new client verticals.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships and trust with key stakeholders at various organisational levels.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience developing tailored proposals that suit client needs.
- Results-driven, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Analytical, reflective and data-driven approach to optimising conversion.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities at different stages of development simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for community engagement and development.
- Familiarity with social impact and tech-for-good platforms.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Being part of a nimble business in a rapid phase of evolution and growth.
