- Administer all purchase orders and ensure accurate management and communication of orders and deliveries.
- Ensure delivery issues are escalated to your manager with proposed resolutions where possible.
- Support the Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandiser with excel reporting and analysis.
- Take full responsibility for accurate data pertaining to orders, deliveries and stock availability.
- Build collaborative working relationships with Buying counterparts and peers cross functionally
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data organisation and analysis.
- Great attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Reliable and keen to learn.
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
