Working with household beauty names such as Aesop, The Ordinary, Elemis, Benefit and many more.As Merchandising Admin Assistant, you'll:
  • Administer all purchase orders and ensure accurate management and communication of orders and deliveries.
  • Ensure delivery issues are escalated to your manager with proposed resolutions where possible.
  • Support the Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandiser with excel reporting and analysis.
  • Take full responsibility for accurate data pertaining to orders, deliveries and stock availability.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with Buying counterparts and peers cross functionally
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data organisation and analysis.
  • Great attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Reliable and keen to learn.
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
