
People & Internal Comms Audit Manager

- Assist in the consistent delivery of audit work across the People and Internal Communications Audit Team.
- Engage and provide strategic advice to internal stakeholders by utilising knowledge of the business and the governance, risk and regulatory frameworks.
- Support the Senior Manager with internal and external stakeholders to deliver all key deliverables to high standards.
- Ensure the Audit Plan is delivered and working to tight deadlines.
- Contribute to wider development of GIA, through collaborating with other audit teams, developing and implementing data analytics, agile techniques and other innovations to enable more efficient and effective delivery.
- Prior experience of working within an Audit role within a large organisation is desirable, however applicants who have relevant experience from other disciplines may be considered.
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment, handling multiple deliverables within a considered and structured work plan.
- Adept in dealing with senior stakeholders, an expert in negotiating challenge and creating strong levels of buy-in, in order to add value and enhance risk management.
- Strong managerial, written and verbal communication skills, analytical, problem solving, organisational, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion, work independently within broad guidelines, tactfully handle sensitive and confidential data and complete assignments timely.
