- Manage visual assets, co-create concepts, and produce campaign materials across digital platforms.
- Design recruitment portals, landing pages, and media campaign graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to create engaging, user-focused designs.
- Using data insights (e.g. Google Analytics) and findings to inform design improvements.
- Work collaboratively with global teams, adapting to multiple client styles and requirements.
- Contribute to conceptual thinking and creative direction for various campaigns.
- 3-5+ years' experience (3-8+ ideal) in graphic/digital design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong UX/UI design knowledge and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to work with and adapt to strict brand guidelines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply it to design decisions.
- Motion graphics/animation skills.
- Recruitment industry experience.
- Experience working with global teams.
