Job Description:Senior M&A Manager - £90,000 - £100,000+ Bonus + Fully RemoteSenior M&A ManagerA rapidly growing PE-backed business are looking for a fully remote Senior M&A Manager to lead on all end-end acquisition activity. The role is perfect for someone with experience within a global fast-moving business, or working within corporate finance/transaction services.The Role:
  • Oversee Financial Due Diligence
Act as financial gatekeeper, maintaining discipline within the acquisitions team.Review TDD to identify and escalate tax risks; ensure legal and tax issues are addressed pre-acquisition.Work with legal teams to assess and mitigate risks from complex structures.Recommend FDD and investment cases for CFO approval, ensuring all due diligence issues are captured.Ensure compliance with investor and banking agreements; escalate any breaches.Review disclosure letters and LDD for financial/tax risks; adjust investment cases as needed.Approve funds flow and pro forma completion accounts.Ensure timely transfer of diligence data and completion docs into internal systems.Oversee smooth handover of investment cases to Finance.Review and challenge post-acquisition performance.Your Profile
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Strong end-end M&A experience within a high acquisitive business, or transaction services/corporate finance
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and communicate with senior stakeholders
