1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - London - 3 Month Initial Contract (Inside IR35)We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join our IT support team on a 3-month initial contract. The successful candidate will provide on-site technical support to end users, resolving issues across hardware & softwareKey Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-line IT support to end-users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, hardware, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Log, track, and manage tickets through the IT service desk system, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
  • Support user account management within Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 Admin.
  • Escalate complex issues to 3rd line or specialist teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, fixes, and asset records.
  • Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts as required
