We have just had a BMS Contract Manager role drop in the West Midlands area due to continued growth in the company. They already have a well-established team in the south and north and are looking to continue the growth in the midlands.This role will be a home-based role and you will be a key player in bringing in a team of engineers and managing there day to day work along, attending client meetings and ensuring they are kept happy.Once engineering team is built, they will be expected to cover a variety of small works, service, and commissioning across BMS systems in commercial environments.As the BMS Contract Manager you will be expected to be BMS trained and either electrically or mechanically qualified.The BMS manager will receive a package of up to £68k + a company car (top end plug in hybrid or electric with personal use) or a £6,600 car allowance.
