This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and work alongside experienced educational professionals.Role Overview: Graduate Learning Assistant S&L
- Deliver focused language and communication support to students in both one-to-one and small group settings.
- Help pupils develop essential interpersonal, conversational, and independence skills.
- Work closely with teachers and the school’s Speech & Language Therapist to put tailored learning strategies into practice.
- Track student development and adjust interventions to suit individual needs.
- Provide general classroom support to ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- A graduate in a relevant field such as Speech & Language Therapy, Psychology, Linguistics, or Education.
- Someone genuinely passionate about supporting students with additional learning needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a caring and professional manner.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to working with young people.
- Experience working with children is a plus, but not essential.
